New Gelatin Plate Company

Have you guys heard of GEL PRESS? They're a new gelatin plate making company. Yay! I love options and I can't wait to try theirs which they say shows a little more detail like a homemade gelatin plate. I love detail and texture, so I can't wait!

They have a call out to designers and I sent in an application with photos....wish me luck!

Here are a few of my Gelatin Printing creations:

New Citrasolv Abstract Papers

I finally got my latest batch (made in October!) of Citrasolv Papers uploaded onto my Digital Stash Etsy Shop. I put up two packages separating them by cool and warm tones.

I love making these and look forward to making some more in the near future. I have SO many Nat Geo Mags...they are stored in 3 different places. :) I think the thing I love most about the process of making these papers, is the serendipity. You just don't know what you're going to get until you pull the pages apart.

For the digital papers, I take the papers I like best and scan the into PhotoShop, some are perfect just the way they are....some are cropped, saturated, hued, etc.
